Why teams choose us:
Data over guesswork
We start with user behavior analysis: analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, surveys. Hypotheses come from real friction, not design trends.
Prioritized by business impact
Not every change deserves a test. We use an impact-vs-effort matrix so your budget goes into experiments most likely to pay off.
Work directly with your strategist
No account managers, no middle layer. Decisions happen on the call, not after three rounds of follow-ups.
Senior specialists only
Your site is handled by senior CRO and UX practitioners, never junior staff learning on your conversions.
Walk away with a clear conversion strategy
Best fit if:
- Ecommerce sites with 5,000+ monthly visitors (A/B tests need traffic to reach significance)
- B2B and SaaS brands generating leads through their website
- Brands already running paid ads who want to lower CAC
- Teams who want decisions based on data, not designer preferences
Not a fit if:
- Your site is too new (less than 3 months of data)
- Traffic is too low for A/B testing (we can start with user research only)
- You expect instant results within 2 weeks (statistically significant tests take 2–6 weeks)
- You aren't willing to implement changes (CRO without execution is just a PDF)

Pretty isn't profitable. Real conversion lift comes from solving real problems
We work across every CRO and UX layer: from strategic audit to specific A/B tests and form-level optimization

Conversion rate optimization audit
Full funnel analysis: where, how much, and why you're losing visitors. Specific priority fixes, not generic recommendations.

UX audit
User experience review against established principles and target user tasks. We identify exactly where visitors hit friction.

A/B testing
Controlled experiments with statistical rigor. Not "looks better": data decides what actually works.

User research
Heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and moderated user testing. We understand what your visitors actually do and why.

Funnel and form optimization
Cart abandonment, signup, and lead form work. Forms are usually your biggest conversion lever, so we start there.

Mobile and speed optimization
Mobile-first audits, page speed fixes, Core Web Vitals. Slow sites convert worse, and we measure it.

Competitor and industry analysis
What top competitors in your niche are doing, what best-in-class sites have in common, where you're falling behind.

Analytics and tracking setup
Precise conversion measurement, GA4, server-side tracking. Without a solid data foundation, CRO is guesswork.

I’ve been working with Demo Agency since 2020. Lately, I work closely with Rimantė and Dominykas, and what I really value is knowing that everything will be delivered as agreed and, most importantly, on time. They’re fast, professional, and truly understand how to attract customers to our real estate projects. It’s great to have partners like them by our side.

Monica Smith,

What I appreciate most is the openness and the speed of response to urgent tasks. Honest communication and a real ability to quickly get up to speed in new areas. Seeing our visibility and brand awareness grow month after month is genuinely rewarding. I also love that they always have trusted partners on the side who extend the team with additional services at the same high level as their own. And explaining complex things in simple words, that’s a real gift.

Frequently asked questions
What is CRO and how is it different from UX
CRO (conversion rate optimization) is the discipline of using measurable experiments to increase how often visitors become customers. UX (user experience) is broader: how a person feels using your site and how easy it is to reach their goal. The two overlap heavily, since better UX usually means higher conversions, but not always. That’s why we test rather than guess.
How much traffic do I need for CRO to work?
Reliable A/B testing threshold is around 5,000 unique monthly visitors on the page you’re testing. For lower-traffic sites, we start with qualitative research (user testing, session recordings, surveys), which produces insights without statistical requirements. As traffic grows, we move into A/B testing.
How long until I see results?
First audit with concrete recommendations: 2–3 weeks. First A/B test with statistically significant results: usually 4–8 weeks from start. Sustainable conversion growth (10–30% lift) typically materializes over 3–6 months of continuous testing. Anyone promising “+50% per month” is either lying or working on a deeply broken site.
How do you measure success?
Primary metric: conversion rate change in the tested funnel step, with 95%+ statistical confidence. But conversion rate alone can be misleading, so we also track revenue impact, average order value (AOV), and lifetime value (LTV) where possible. Numbers must translate into dollars, not just percentages.
Do you work with Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom sites?
All major platforms. Shopify and WooCommerce integrate naturally with testing tools. For custom sites, we coordinate with your dev team on implementation. Our approach is platform-agnostic. What matters is that changes can be deployed.
What if an A/B test doesn't reach statistical significance?
That’s common and not a failure. First, we now know this hypothesis doesn’t carry major impact, which is valuable information (you’ve saved budget for bigger work). Second, qualitative data from the test (session recordings, user feedback) often shows why it didn’t win and informs the next hypothesis. Third, we move forward with sharper context.
Do I need a separate UX designer, or is that included?
Included. Our team handles UX wireframes and visual design for test variants. If you have an in-house designer, we coordinate who owns what on the first call. CRO doesn’t work without UX competency, so we don’t split them.
